On June 29th, 2021 at approximately 8:25 P.M., a McCracken County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop for traffic violation at the intersection of Homewood Avenue and Husband Road.
The operator was identified as Austin G Penrod, 30 years of age of Calvert City Ky.
During the course of the investigation, deputies reportedly found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Austin G Penrod was lodged at McCracken County Regional Jail.
Austin G Penrod was charged with the following:
-Speeding 24mph Over the Limit
-Drug Paraphernalia.
-Possession of Controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense methamphetamine.
