Miss Carolyn Byrd Williams, age 96, of Cuba, KY passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Mills Health & Rehab in Mayfield, KY.
She was a member of Sharon Baptist Church, a Kentucky Colonel and a retired employee of the Mayfield Messenger for 69 years.
Miss Williams is survived by two nephews, Buddie Russell (Cheryl) Baldree of Troy, MI and Randie (Martha) Baldree of Mayfield, KY; three great nephews, Marc Baldree, Chris Baldree and John Baldree; and one great niece, Judy Olsen.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Helen Frances Baldree; one brother, Billie Williams; and her parents, Arthur and Nellie Byrd Williams.
Graveside services for Miss Carolyn Byrd Williams will be 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Lebanon Church of Christ Cemetery. Dr. Mike Baker will officiate. Interment will follow.
Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
There is no visitation scheduled.
