(DRAFFENVILLE, Ky.) – The Marshall County community demonstrated remarkable generosity during this year’s “Stuff the Truck” donation drive, Marshall County Schools announced this week.

The annual campaign, which benefits the Marshall County Caring Needline, exceeded expectations as residents came together to support families in need ahead of the holiday season.

“Your generosity, teamwork, and commitment to supporting Marshall County Needline made this drive a huge success,” Marshall County Schools Superintendent Bill Thorpe said in a statement following the event’s conclusion.

Needline, which provides essential services and resources to Marshall County residents facing hardship, will distribute the collected donations to families throughout the community during the upcoming holiday season.

The school system expressed gratitude for the community’s participation, noting that the successful drive reflects the county’s strong spirit of neighborly support.

“Because of you, families in our community will have the support they need going into the holiday season,” Thorpe continued. “Thank you for showing what it truly means to take care of one another.”

The Marshall County Caring Needline serves as a vital resource for residents experiencing food insecurity and other challenges throughout the year.
