
(MURRAY, Ky.) — Two Clinton men have been arrested and charged in connection with an assault that took place at the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity lodge on November 22, according to the Murray Police Department.
James Booker, 18, and Kamarion Steward, 18, both of Clinton, Kentucky, were taken into custody on December 4 with assistance from the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office and the Mayfield Police Department. The arrests followed an investigation by Murray police, who obtained warrants for both suspects.
Booker faces charges of second-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment, and menacing. Steward has been charged with fourth-degree assault, complicity to first-degree wanton endangerment, and complicity to menacing.
The Murray Police Department stated that the investigation remains active and that no additional information is being released at this time. Authorities reminded the public that both individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
