(LACENTER, Ky.) – Ballard Memorial swept Christian Fellowship School in a girl/boy doubleheader Friday night at the Green Palace, with the Lady Bombers defeating the Lady Eagles 52-14 victory in the girls game before the Bombers edged the Eagles 45-43 in boys action.
The Lady Eagles (2-3) next game is on Friday at 4 p.m. against St. Mary in the Track Tech/Community Christian Academy Warrior Christmas Tournament.
In the nightcap, the Eagles fell in a heartbreaker to Ballard Memorial, dropping a 45-43 decision to complete the sweep for the Bombers.
Christian Fellowship now stands at 5-2 on the season and will return to action Thursday night at 8 p.m. when they face CCA in the Track Tech/Community Christian Academy Warrior Christmas Tournament.
