
(CALVERT CITY, Ky.) – The Calvert City Police Department has reported several arrests and citations over the past three weeks, ranging from assault charges to warrant executions.
In the earliest incident, Ronald Kevin Hosick, 57, of Grand Rivers, was served a Marshall County criminal summons on December 16 after voluntarily meeting with an officer at the police department. Hosick faces charges of fourth-degree assault involving minor injury and third-degree terroristic threatening stemming from a workplace dispute between coworkers.
A domestic violence incident at the Calvert City Apartments on December 27 resulted in the arrest of Garrett John Hall, 33, of Warsaw. Officers responding to reports of a physical altercation discovered a forced entry at the residence. Hall was charged with multiple offenses including fourth-degree assault with dating violence, first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree criminal trespass, marijuana possession, and second-degree burglary. The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation.
Police executed two warrant arrests on December 30. Acting on a tip, officers located Jeremiah M. Hill, 40, of Calvert City, at the Calvert City Apartments and arrested him on two Marshall County warrants for failure to appear. Later that day, Thomas H. Rawlins Jr., 44, of Paducah, was arrested at the AmeriVu Inn on a warrant for third-degree criminal trespassing related to a previous complaint.
Most recently, on January 3, Michael L. Wilson, 72, of Calvert City, was served a Marshall County criminal summons for fourth-degree assault involving minor injury following an incident at a local Casey’s convenience store.
All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
