
(WEST PADUCAH, Ky.) — The Marshall County Lady Marshals secured a 45-37 victory over McCracken County at Strawberry Hills Arena on Thursday night, improving their record to 14-3 on the season.
The Lady Marshals will return to action next Friday night when they face Graves County at Reed Conder Gymnasium.
In the boys matchup, drama unfolded in the final seconds as McCracken County pulled off a stunner. The Mustangs defeated Marshall County 70-67 on a full-court inbounds pass that resulted in a buzzer-beating shot.
The heartbreaking loss dropped the Marshall County boys to 14-5 on the season, marking another memorable chapter in the rivalry between the two programs.
