(DRAFFENVILLE, Ky.) — The Marshall County High School basketball programs honored their seniors Tuesday night during a Fourth District doubleheader against Murray High, with the evening producing a split decision at Reed Conder Gymnasium.
The Lady Marshals dominated their contest, rolling to a commanding 65-19 victory over the Lady Tigers. The win improved Marshall County’s record to 16-3 on the season.
In the boys’ game that followed, the visiting Tigers edged the Marshals 55-52 in a closely contested matchup. The loss dropped Marshall County to 14-6 overall.
Both Marshall County teams will be back in action Friday night when they travel to Calloway County for another Fourth District doubleheader.
