(NEW CONCORD, Ky.) — Calloway County deputies arrested three individuals Thursday during a search warrant execution tied to an ongoing missing persons investigation, authorities said.
The Calloway County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from Kentucky State Police and the Marshall County Search and Rescue Team — including K-9 units — searched a large tract of property on Saddle Lane in New Concord on February 26 in connection with the disappearance of Jessy Casey.
No evidence related to the missing persons case was recovered during the search, though investigators say the case remains active and ongoing.
Three people were taken into custody at the scene and booked into the Calloway County Detention Center. Larry Hernandez, 33, of New Concord, was arrested on a Calloway County bench warrant for failure to appear. Esau A. Pickron, 21, of New Concord, and Jennifer J. Costin-Alger, also of New Concord, were each charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a Class D felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The sheriff’s office is asking anyone with information about unusual or suspicious activity to call 270-753-3151 or email ccso.office@callkyso.com.
