(CALVERT CITY, Ky.) — A Latonia man is facing domestic violence charges after an altercation at a local hotel last week, according to the Calvert City Police Department.
Officers responded to the Days Inn on March 16, 2026 following a report of a possible domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, officers spoke with both individuals involved and determined that a verbal argument had escalated physically.
Investigators say the male suspect placed the female victim in a choke hold during the confrontation.
Logan Massengale Epping, 22, was taken into custody and charged with second-degree strangulation (domestic violence related) and fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), no visible injury.
