(MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky.) — March 30, 2026-Law enforcement in Marshall County made four arrests between Saturday and Monday, with charges ranging from drug possession to operating a vehicle on a suspended license.
The most serious charges came Monday morning, when Anthony Wallace, 67, of Gilbertsville was pulled over on Sharpe School Road. Officers charged Wallace with possession of methamphetamine — a first-degree controlled substance offense and his second such charge — along with possession of drug paraphernalia and improper passing.
On Sunday, a traffic stop led to the arrest of Michael German, 50, of Union City, Tennessee, who was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for traffic violations. A records check revealed German had an outstanding warrant from McCracken County District Court for failure to appear. He was taken into custody on that warrant.
Saturday saw two separate arrests. Crystal Hopkins, 47, of Hardin was stopped on Main Street and faced a range of charges: no registration, no insurance, possession of marijuana, driving on a DUI-suspended license, and illegal possession of a legend drug.
Also on Saturday, Nicole Reichard, 38, of Benton was stopped on US 641 North. Officers determined her license was suspended, and she was charged with operating a motor vehicle on a suspended operator’s license.
