(BENTON, Ky.) — Mediacom Communications’ customer service office in Benton will reopen its doors Monday, November 3, following several months of closure due to flood damage that forced the facility to shut down earlier this year.
The cable and internet provider announced Sunday that it will celebrate the reopening with an Open House and Customer Appreciation Event on Wednesday, December 10, during regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
“We’re very excited to have our Benton office reopen to the community after being closed for several months,” said Jeffrey Brown, Mediacom’s Director of Area Operations. “We look forward to visiting with Benton-area residents at the Open House in December, where we will have a drawing for a television and one month of free service.”
The December event at the office, located at 90 Main Street, will feature refreshments, product demonstrations, and prize drawings. Attendees will also learn about Mediacom’s newest offering, Mediacom Mobile, which the company recently launched to allow customers to access wireless service on what it describes as “America’s most awarded wireless network.”
The reopened facility will function as a local hub for customer support and community engagement in western Kentucky. Mediacom said the reopening demonstrates its commitment to providing high-speed broadband and communications services to homes and businesses throughout the region.
For more information about the Open House event or Mediacom’s services, residents can visit the Benton office during regular business hours starting November 3.
